Its key pillars include traceability throughout the supply chain, feedstock identity, no deforestation, transparent rules for mass balancing and physical segregation as well as protection of biodiversity and high carbon stock areas.

Respol was first certified according to ISO 9001 back in 1999. Since then, this QMS certification mirrors the commitment to a continuously improved system on developing and producing rosin derivatives in Respol.
Respol keeps annual inspections by external parties on its prevention of severe accidents’ management system, according to the Seveso european directive. Its safety and environmental management system is certified according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
